ARA - With over 50 locations across Australia and New Zealand, the ARA Group supports infrastructure and facilities with essential services. We employ approximately 3,000 people across four operating divisions: Fire & Security, Building, Electrical, Property Services, and Products. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.
ARA Manufacturing Victoria
Full-time, 38 hours per week
Location: 24-30 Halsey Road, Airport West VIC
Salary: $90,000.00 per annum + superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the organisation through the deployment of quality systems and certification processes.
Assist in identifying relevant formal standards and regulatory codes applicable to the business.
Document processes and operating procedures in line with compliance and best practice.
Plan, coordinate and participate in system reviews and quality audits, assisting staff to identify improvements in systems, processes and workflows.
Implement statistical methodologies and quality tools to monitor and control quality.
Contribute to reports on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system.
Support the development of objectives, strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction and optimise resource use.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods meet required manufacturing specifications.
Liaise with customers to monitor quality and timeliness of service delivery.
Advise on and deliver training to support quality programs and organisational objectives.

Qualifications of a Quality Assurance Manager
Qualification in a relevant field
Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field
