About the Role

FIVE STAR HR PTY LTD is hiring an entry-level Qualitative Research Assistant to support our research and HR analytics projects. This role is perfect for candidates starting their career in research, HR, or people & culture consulting, with full training provided.

What You’ll Do

Assist with interviews, focus groups, and desk research.

Help with data transcription, coding, and analysis.

Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.

Support project coordination and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Degree (or current study) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, HR, or similar.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Familiarity with qualitative research methods is a plus, but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
