• Transcribe audio and video submissions, manually or via approved automated transcription tools, and check for accuracy.
• Import and organise data into formats suitable for analysis – e.g. spreadsheets or qualitative data analysis software such as NVivo.
• Code qualitative data, including generating codes and identifying themes.
• Work collaboratively to ensure data is analysed rigorously and consistently.
