Role & Responsibilities

On-site trades & construction roles
Read and interpret building plans and specifications
Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace
Work effectively with team members, subcontractors.

Supervisory/management roles

Manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate trades, deliveries, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Conduct safety checks and compliance with NSW building codes
Assist with project documentation, client communication, and scheduling
Handle supplier quotes, invoicing, and basic accounts support
Support the team with compliance and record-keeping

Working Hours

Standard construction hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (overtime or Saturdays may be required on some projects).

Location: Projects mainly across Sydney.

Employment type: Part-time, or full-time depending on the role.
