About
I'm looking to draft and file a provisional patent for a physical product I've developed. It's a fitness accessory that combines the function of two existing gym tools into one streamlined design. The product is currently at the final prototype stage, and I have documentation and dated supplier messages from several months ago. What I need: A complete provisional patent draft for IP Australia Wording that provides broad protection — not just for the exact product, but also for any similar product that performs the same function, even if the physical design is slightly different (e.g. different materials, shapes, or fastening methods) Assistance with defining the problem, solution, claims framing, and optionally the drawings/illustrations (please let me know if this is included or extra) What I can provide: Detailed written description of the product High-resolution photos of the prototype List of variations/materials/functions Reference examples of the existing two products it's based on I'm looking for someone who understands how to write provisionals that lay the foundation for a strong standard patent later, especially for hardware/consumer products. If this sounds like a fit, I’d love to work with you — and if the product gains traction, I’d be open to engaging you again to help with the standard patent filing. Please let me know: Your total fee (including or excluding drawings) What you'll need from me to begin If you’ve worked with IP Australia filings before (or USPTO is fine too) Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you.
