Identify decision-makers and target companies using LinkedIn and other sources and create a prospect list via Excel, based upon the companies and job titles we would love to target 1. Objective Populate a complete outreach list by combining company and person targets into a usable database with verified contact details. 2. Source File Westforce_MasterList_from_DOCX_and_JPEG.xlsx Two columns: Company Targets → organisations to pursue. Person Targets → job titles / roles to pursue inside those organisations. 3. Task For every row, curator should: Map person roles to companies (where obvious). If the job title is standalone, still retain it as a role to target across multiple relevant companies. Populate the following fields for each company–role pair: Physical Address (HQ or relevant office) Phone Number (main line or department line) LinkedIn (company page for organisations; personal profile for role holders where possible) Email (general company email or individual’s professional email if available) 4. Research Guidance Prioritise accuracy from company websites, LinkedIn, ASX reports, and reputable sources. If a role is generic (e.g., “Project Manager”), find the most relevant individual at that company holding that title. If no named person is identifiable, leave LinkedIn/email blank but still include company-level details.
