What this opportunity involves: Join JLL's dynamic property management team overseeing two prestigious A-Grade commercial assets in Melbourne's heart - 485 La Trobe Street and 800 Collins Street. We're seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to drive operational excellence and manage key redevelopment projects in these premium properties with JLL’s Lendlease Portfolio. Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, you'll interface with project teams on redevelopment and refurbishment initiatives whilst coordinating day-to-day property operations. This hands-on position offers excellent exposure to tenancy fitout management, capital expenditure delivery, and project management within Melbourne's commercial property sector.
