What this opportunity involves: Join JLL's dynamic property management team overseeing two prestigious A-Grade commercial assets in Melbourne's heart - 485 La Trobe Street and 800 Collins Street. We're seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to drive operational excellence and manage key redevelopment projects in these premium properties with JLL’s Lendlease Portfolio. Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, you'll interface with project teams on redevelopment and refurbishment initiatives whilst coordinating day-to-day property operations. This hands-on position offers excellent exposure to tenancy fitout management, capital expenditure delivery, and project management within Melbourne's commercial property sector. An overview of the role: Compliance & Certification · Ensure compliance with statutory authorities and engineering practices for property maintenance · Obtain contractor certifications for essential services and prepare annual Fire Safety Statements · Maintain Environmental and Workplace Health and Safety requirements including contractor inductions and risk management plans Maintenance & Risk Management · Coordinate effective management of all property services and works · Collaborate with stakeholders on repositioning works, tenancy fitouts, and make good projects · Conduct building and plant inspections to prioritise repair works · Maintain JLL's computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance System · Implement energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives · Prepare tender documentation and obtain pricing for property works Budgets & Reporting · Contribute to annual operations and capital works budgets with quarterly monitoring · Provide input for monthly operational reports · Support auditing and management review processes Sound like you?  This is what we’re looking for: · Experience in tenancy fitout works, capital expenditure delivery, and project management · Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines · Strong customer service ethic with ability to manage tenant expectations · Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook · Positive approach to meeting client needs whilst maintaining operational excellence Benefits: · Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bands · 18 weeks paid maternity leave · Private Health Insurance Discounts · Active Social Club · Employee assistant program · Novated Lease for EV cars · Paid time off for volunteer work · Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm · Premium offices What you can expect from us:  You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
