About the Role:
Managing the current rent roll with minimal supervision
Overseeing maintenance
Lease renewals and vacates
Bond lodgment and disbursements
Monitoring rent arrears
No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing
An assistant to conduct Routines

About You:
Living in Australia with an easy reach to Hope Island Gold Coast
Previous experience in Property Management (preferred)
Current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to problem-solve and work independently
Proficiency in property management software
The ability to learn and grow.
Self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve.

Structure and Salary:
You'll be required to work a standard 38 hr week. 9.00am - 5.00pm Mon to Thur, and 8.00am - 4.00pm Fri.
Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience
We will add Super to your salary and a car and phone is provided for out of office requirements
