Primary Metals and Alloys based in Qld, is seeking an experienced Projects/ Contracts Administrator to join their friendly team of professionals on a full time and permanent basis.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Develop, draft, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
Establish contract terms and conditions including service levels, fees and financial obligation
Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected
Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided
Work with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure deadlines, requirements, and goals of the contract are met
Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
Oversee work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
Monitor and advise on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts
Prepare and review submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
Collect and analyse data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
Review and arrange new office accommodation

To be considered for this role you must have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or qualified trade certifications
Qualifications related to contract drafting and negotiation
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with preparing contracts
Demonstrate ability to draft contracts as per requirements
Strong negotiation and mediation skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly effective and excellent communication skills, particularly when liaising with other departments or external organisations such as clients, suppliers and regulators
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong organisational skills
