Your role at St John of God Accord We are seeking to appoint a part-time, fixed term Project Officer to help support us to deliver on data and service enhancements connected to projects in our Supported Independant Living (SIL) services. We are seeking a supportive team player who is committed to ensuring our clients to receive high quality service and enabling our caregivers to deliver on our commitment to excellence. This role reports will be a part of our Practice Leadership team which reports directly to our CEO and will be instrumental in providing lasting quality and service impacts for our clients and caregivers. The Position Liaise with caregivers and leaders from Accord’s SIL services included in the project scope, to gather data relating to client support needs, funding, rostering practices, and quality service outcomes. Identify and review relevant documentation to support data collection and analysis, in line with project deliverables. Liaise with caregivers and leaders from Accord’s corporate services teams (including Finance, HR, L&D) to gather and analyse relevant data. Provide regular updates and reports to the NDIS Quality in SIL Project Steering Committee. Assist in the collection of information and development of project case studies. Ensure all project reporting deadlines are met. Assist in the development and implementation of pilot quality initiatives. Position Requirements You will hold a Diploma or Degree in Disability Studies, Project Management, or a relevant discipline, or possess equivalent industry experience. You will have in-depth knowledge of NDIS SIL funding requirements and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both individuals and groups. To succeed you will be a dedicated and experienced professional, demonstrating a minimum of three years’ experience within the NDIS and disability services sector, with a primary focus on the SIL setting. Project management experience will be considered advantageous. Successful applicants will hold a current Australian driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Working with Children Check.
