iVEGA is looking for a Project Manager

Location: Suite 2, 1 Horwood Place Parramatta, NSW 2150

Salary: $110,000-150,000 plus Super

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders

Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and processes

Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong project planning and organizational skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Risk management and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field

3–8 years of experience in project management (based on seniority)

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred

Experience working in IT / software / digital projects is an advantage
