Project managers are responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with the organizations strategic direction and intended result.

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various projects.
• Client Liaison, including negotiation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Issue shop drawings for approval and fabrication.
• Maintain Job File Folders.
• Implementation of variations
• Attending site and production meetings.
• Identify and raise improvement notices.
• General Housekeeping.
