In this role, you’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams, navigate complex challenges, and drive initiatives that directly contribute to our strategic goals. With your strategic vision, strong leadership, and ability to turn plans into action, you’ll ensure every project delivers tangible results that matter, to the organisation, its people, and the communities we serve. This is more than a project management role; it’s an opportunity to lead change, create value, and leave a lasting impact. Your key responsibilities will be to: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, within a clear governance framework. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, government bodies, and business units, to ensure project alignment and support. Develop comprehensive project plans and reporting mechanisms to track progress, risks, and outcomes. Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage challenges to ensure project success. Mobilise and guide cross-functional teams, providing clarity, resources, and support to enable high performance and accountability. Gather, document, and analyse business requirements, ensuring solutions meet organisational needs and objectives. Manage project-related change impacts, including people, processes, and technology, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption. Maintain clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates, reports, and presentations to support decision-making. Requirements for success Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure, ideally across multiple disciplines or business areas. Deep understanding of common project management methodologies and experience applying methodologies to drive project success Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, build trust, and influence at all levels, including senior leadership. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure project success. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, including motivating and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Analytical and business analysis skills, with the ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable project plans. Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills, able to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Experience in managing change, including process, people, and technology impacts, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
