If you love bringing big ideas to life, juggling timelines like a pro, and collaborating across teams to launch programs that actually make an impact, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Implementation team and lead the rollout of innovative programs across our Culture Cloud platform. You’ll be the master organiser, the problem‑solver, the bridge between teams—and the person who makes sure clients walk away saying, “Wow.” What You’ll do You’ll manage every part of the project lifecycle, including: Getting to the heart of client objectives and translating those into actionable plans Building and managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations Tracking progress and reporting on key metrics Managing scope changes without breaking a sweat Ensuring a smooth transition to our Client Success team once the program is live You’ll take the lead on program design and implementation by: Collaborating with departments across the business to bring programs to life Guiding change management when client teams need support Configuring programs based on detailed specs (and spotting any gaps early!) Keeping internal and external deliverables clear and on track Mitigating risks before they become problems Ensuring each program truly aligns with client needs—and spotting opportunities to take it even further When it’s go‑time, you’ll make sure launch day runs flawlessly by: Coordinating every launch activity with precision Training client administrators so they feel confident and empowered Preparing documentation and leading UAT with enthusiasm Handing over to Client Success with everything needed for long‑term success Jumping in to troubleshoot any last‑minute surprises (because there’s always one!) What you’ll bring A proven track record in effective project planning and management, and providing an exemplary level of service delivery. Attention to detail and a strong operational focus. The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High energy levels and strong personal drive.
