We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Maintenance Delivery Technician to join us in our Operations & Maintenance team in Perth on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Team Leader Maintenance Delivery, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and pipeline projects, such as -– gas turbine and compressor maintenance and exchange projects, pipeline integrity inspections (Pigging) projects, and pressurised equipment integrity and compliance projects. Additionally, the team is also responsible for supporting other Stay in Business, and Operational Maintenance activities on an as needs basis. Key Responsibilities Perform the onsite role of PIO while providing site supervision and technical guidance on a variety of maintenance projects throughout the state. Assist in the development of project scope, schedule and supporting documents such as Work Instructions, Isolation Plans and HSEH documents. Work with internal and external stakeholders by providing reporting on project schedule and outcomes as required. Complete operational maintenance, troubleshooting and project activities. Your background Mechanical trade qualification with a strong technical understanding of gas transmission plant, systems, and ancillary equipment. Previous experience implementing or working within Permit to Work Systems, contractor HSEH management systems, and Lock Out Tag Out systems of equipment isolation. Previous experience in industrial process operation, with a knowledge of rotating machinery, heat exchangers, and internal pipeline inspections an advantage. Strong leadership and people skills with experience in effective planning, scheduling, and field management of the daily activities of multidisciplinary work crews. Competent and efficient use of software-based project or maintenance management tools and other computer systems. Driver’s License (C and HR) and the ability to travel and work remotely for extended periods.
