Detailed Job description : -
• Identify system limitations and process inefficiencies by collaborating with technical teams to assess existing technologies, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Coordinating research and analysis efforts to evaluate system and program requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Supporting testing and debugging activities by working closely with developers and QA teams to diagnose and resolve faults in applications, ensuring adherence to established
• Facilitate documentation and code maintenance by overseeing the writing, updating, and organizing of program code and technical documentation to meet evolving system requirements and ensure traceability across development cycles.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables, and to track progress against milestones.
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure network readiness for project deployments
• Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades.
• Acting as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules using tools like Jira, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including project charters, plans, reports, and logs
• Provides Application support on Major Incidents and writes Root Cause analysis for problem management.
• Should handle Change Management process from creation to closure at all phases (Creation, Documentation, Approvals, Implementation and Validation).
