  • We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator / Training Administrator until Dec 2026 to join our major transformation program.
  • This critical role involves coordinating program activities with a strong focus on training logistics, scheduling, and administrative support, all while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Working directly with the Program Manager and Change Lead, this position is ideal for someone with a strong operational mindset, keen attention to detail, and experience supporting large-scale change or training initiatives.

Day to day you will

  • Coordinate program activities with a focus on training logistics.
  • Manage scheduling for various program and training initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the program.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Support the Program Manager and Change Lead directly.
  • Handle logistics for large-scale change and training initiatives.
  • Maintain an operational mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in Project Support, Training Coordination, or Program Administration.
  • Experience supporting transformation, change, or learning programs in large, complex organisations.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exposure to enterprise change or systems implementations (e.g., HRIS, ERP).
