As part of the company’s ongoing growth and success, Zanda is now seeking a Project Administrator to join its professional and collaborative team. This role is integral to supporting the coordination, planning, and execution of projects across design, manufacturing, and client services. Working closely with the Director, Sales, Production, and Quality teams, the Project Administrator will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with Zanda’s commitment to excellence.
Main responsibilities include:
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information across multiple departments
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Tracking project progress, monitoring risks, and escalating issues to ensure milestones are achieved
• Assisting with project budgets and expenditures, reporting variances to management
• Managing project records, documentation, and version control systems
• Organising and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
• Supporting tender and proposal preparation processes
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you will have:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least one year of relevant project administration experience, preferably within a manufacturing, engineering, or design-focused environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal ability
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes
