Job description:?
-Plan, implement, and monitor community health programs and events in line with organisational objectives.

-Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

-Coordinate with stakeholders, including community groups, sponsors, volunteers, and service providers.

-Prepare project briefs, reports, and funding submissions to support program outcomes and compliance.

-Evaluate program and event effectiveness, including collecting data and feedback for continuous improvement.

-Oversee logistics for events, including venue, suppliers, and promotional activities.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and funding agreements.

-Lead the design, development, and introduction of innovative products and services, ensuring both strategic alignment and operational excellence

-Design, develop, and implement projects and programs that engage stakeholders, promote health, and strengthen community resilience.

-Build and strengthen relationships with government, non-government, and community stakeholders to foster collaboration and secure support for initiatives.

-Lead the preparation of high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications; cultivate donor relationships; and design fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability.

-Design, develop, and implement digital health programs and products that respond to frontline needs, ensuring quality, scalability, and sustainability.

-Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, meeting both financial and performance targets.

-Supervise volunteers and contractors engaged in program and event delivery.

-Provide regular progress reports to the Executive Director and Board as required.

Qualifications/Attributes:

-Must hold at least a Diploma of Business, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.

-Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

-Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs/events concurrently.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

-Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and prepare clear financial and operational reports.

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a not-for-profit environment.

-Knowledge of health promotion, digital health, public health, community development, or the not-for-profit sector (desirable).

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
