ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Responsibilities:

Produce a daily plan to achieve the MPS numbers and support the business SL through maintaining stock policy, controlling SLOB cost, and balanced operational costs and yield.
Weekly Capacity Planning
Communication of Forecast Accuracy issues with Supply Planner
Communication on requests for information from Sales
Meat and dry goods availability analyses constraints for daily plan
Extensive reporting and weekly orders and updates
Collaborate with production supervisors, managers and supply planners.
Identify potential short-term risks with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation.

Skills/Competencies:

Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting
Experience in process improvement and change management
Strong analytical skills
Strong Communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills
Experience managing successful teams
Quality focus
Good conflict resolution skills
Structured and logical methodology
Attention to detail and accuracy – essential
Ability to work well under multiply deadlines and pressure
Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously; and the ability to interface with all levels of management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: A$80,000.00-A$95,000.00 per year
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
