Position: Production Opetator – Filipino Specialty (Chicharon Expert) Location: Sydney, NSW Employer: Pablo’s Chicharon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our growing food production team, specialising in the preparation and cooking of Filipino-style pork chicharon. This role is critical to maintaining the authenticity, flavour, and consistency of our flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and season pork crackling (chicharon) using traditional Filipino methods

Operate food preparation equipment and adhere to hygiene and safety standards

Maintain consistency across production batches to ensure product quality

Innovate and test new flavour variants and cooking techniques

Support inventory control of raw materials and ingredients

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cooking pork chicharon or similar food preparation

Knowledge of Filipino culinary traditions

Experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing setting

Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours
