CircleAG, a pioneering leader in liquid biological fertiliser solutions, is seeking a proactive and dynamic Production Manager to oversee planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating all manufacturing activities across the facility. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both physical and human resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and implementation of production strategies by analysing proposed programs, ensuring alignment with production capacity, and determining how they integrate into short- and long-term production plans.
- Execute the production schedule by overseeing output quality and quantity, minimising wastage, and planning labour requirements to meet cost and time targets. This includes proactively adjusting resource allocation and workflow methods to meet strategic production objectives.
- Coordinate with the Engineer and HSE Manager to plan and carry out required maintenance, ensuring safe operation of the plant and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Lead twice-weekly team meetings to communicate production updates and escalate key issues to the Operations Manager as required.
- Contribute technical insights on batching processes, blending activities, equipment performance, and product quality trends to guide improvement initiatives.
- Maintain all production records, including schedules, product tracking across the full production cycle, and completion of regular stocktakes.
- Directly oversee the Operations Assistant and Casual Labourer, and manage additional staff involved in production during peak periods. This includes offering technical guidance and allocating tasks to support the efficient execution of production plans.
- Oversee product dispatch, ensuring accurate order preparation, timely loading or transfer into transport vehicles, and maintenance of all required dispatch documentation.
- Provide strategic forecasting to ensure raw material availability supports planned production volumes and new product development requirements.
- Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of all site areas and amenities, and ensure essential consumables are monitored and replenished as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, e.g. biology, agriculture, chemistry or manufacturing (at least three years of relevant work experience may substitute formal qualification); and
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Exposure to manufacturing and/or international markets is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
