We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of our manufacturing processes.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate production processes, including the design, operation, and modification of equipment and machines used in foam mixing, curing, cutting, and lamination.
Monitor and optimize production performance by controlling machine settings, process parameters, and material usage to maintain consistent product quality.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of production machinery, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and industry standards through regular quality inspections and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
Apply lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, waste reduction, recycling initiatives) to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct time and motion studies, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives to increase throughput and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Support product development through profiling and CNC programming, ensuring seamless integration of new designs into production.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, and productivity across all manufacturing operations.

Skills Required:
Strong technical background in production or manufacturing engineering.
Proven experience in process optimization and machine operation within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process challenges.
