We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team. The professional will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction. This role will act strategically in the development of solutions that improve productivity and contribute to the company’s results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor production processes.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

• Prepare technical reports and performance indicators.

• Support the development and implementation of innovation and automation projects.

• Supervise and guide operational teams, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

• Conduct production capacity analysis and resource optimization.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields.

• Previous experience in industrial process management.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).

• Proficiency in planning and control tools (ERP, advanced Excel, and specific software).

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• English proficiency will be considered a plus.
