(12-Month Fixed Term Opportunity) Product Specialist Vic/SA/Tas - Strategic Supplier Partner Group (SSPG) Environmental Location/Division Specific Information Melbourne Victoria home office based What You'll Do: Lead a region to achieve quarterly/Annual AOP and portfolio targets. Plan and organise weekly face to face meetings Be confident and competent in making sales calls where needed due to remote locations Work with national product manager to run opportunities and sales. Knowledge of market dynamics and share. Maintain customer database and knowledge. Pipeline development utilising marketing and regular face to face meetings. Attend conferences and trade shows where relevant. Develop strategic relationships with key customers. Develop and implement territory plan for account penetration. Develop a sound understanding of customer’s technical requirements, and provide professional and proficient product solutions to the best suit customer needs. Leverage customer relationship across the business. Periodic account reviews. Monthly/Quarterly forecasting. Salesforce CRM compliance. Creation and execution of personal development plan Education Tertiary Qualification in a scientific field Experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organisation skills Ability to work as part of a team High energy, passion and positive demeanour Shown experience in sales an account management, desirable if this has been in the environmental, gas or industrial markets.
