You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal teams, alongside delivery partners, to ensure our core platforms remain reliable, secure, and future-ready. Own the backlog lifecycle — from requirement scoping and user story creation to prioritisation, testing support, and release management. Partner with delivery partners and internal teams to manage capacity, ensuring clear and transparent updates on progress and outcomes. Plan for upgrades, new modules, and automation opportunities to keep systems evolving with business needs. Stay across industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their value for adoption. Agile Delivery & Vendor Management Facilitate agile delivery — lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews with internal teams and partners. Manage vendor and partner relationships to deliver changes, resolve issues, and meet service levels. Ensure compliance and security standards are met across integrations and processes.
