You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key portfolio, ensuring our products meet market demand, deliver superior customer value, and achieve strong commercial performance. This is a crucial, high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating market needs and business objectives into clear, detailed product requirements.
- Commercial Management: Own the product P&L, including developing robust business cases for new product investments and managing pricing and margin control to maximize profitability.
- Market & Data Insights: Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analysis, leveraging data insights to inform product decisions, identify whitespace opportunities, and forecast sales.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from concept through to successful market launch, ensuring all cross-functional teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Sales) are aligned.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product expert and internal evangelist, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to develop effective launch strategies and training materials.
