As the Product Area Lead – Digital Sales, you’ll drive the strategy, delivery, and performance of our digital sales channels across the digital customer journey. You’ll lead cross-functional squads to create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that convert and retain customers across our product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and technology — with a clear focus on channel performance and conversion uplift. rather than funnel ownership. You’ll sweat the digital sales funnel, from discovery and lead generation to conversion and onboarding, but your accountability is shaped by what happens in the channel, not just where it sits in the funnel. For example, while search may not be “owned” by any one team, you’ll be responsible for how your products show up and perform in that space. Ready to make an impact? What you’ll do Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the digital sales channels across the digital customer journey strategy aligned with business goals. Product Ownership: Oversee the roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery of digital sales initiatives. Customer Experience: Champion data-driven design and experimentation to optimise conversion and engagement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders across product, marketing, technology, and compliance. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a growing team of product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment. What we’re looking for We’re seeking a visionary leader with: Proven experience in digital product leadership, ideally in financial services or e-commerce. Strong understanding of digital sales funnel, from discovery and lead generation to conversion and onboarding, customer journeys, and conversion optimisation. Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
