We’re a startup food brand seeking an experienced procurement specialist or sourcing agent to help us locate retorted (shelf-stable) pasta and udon noodles packed in microwaveable cups. We’re developing a high-protein, ready-to-eat noodle product (NO sauce) and need support finding reliable manufacturers that can produce under our own custom brand label (Sticker label is acceptable, or plain packaging that we can label ourselves is also fine). As a small startup, we prefer low MOQs and will require product samples before moving forward. Ideally, these manufacturers can also meet shelf-ready requirements for major Australian retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, and Costco. Additional requirements: Texture & Quality: Firm, elastic noodle structure after microwave heating; no stickiness, clumping, or water separation Protein: greater than 20g per serve Origin: Preferably not from China (Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Italy, India etc.)
