About the role:
If you are an experienced procurement professional ready to shape and lead a centralised procurement function within a growing cleaning services organisation, this newly created role offers the chance to build processes, frameworks, and policies from the ground up, while making a real impact across procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory, contract negotiation, warehousing, and distribution.

You’ll work closely with operations, finance, and site leaders across multiple locations in Australia, bringing efficiency, collaboration, and structure to the business. With autonomy and support from senior leadership, this is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on creating positive change

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to drive efficiency and business growth.
• Lead supplier management, contract negotiations, and performance oversight across logistics, warehousing, and related services.
• Collaborate with sites to centralise and minimise third-party warehousing and distribution.
• Use ERP system to monitor performance, track KPIs, and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and risk management initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management across multi-site operations.
• Strong skills in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy.
• Hands-on, collaborative leader who coaches and influences stakeholders.
• Ability to implement structure and processes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and international sourcing/logistics advantageous.
