Responsibilities:

This is a versatile role focused primarily on procurement, but it also requires strong capabilities in finance and administration. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to lead, plan, manage, and deliver a range of project and business activities.

• Prepare and manage procurement documentation, contracts, and work orders.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including risk management and mitigation.

• Prepare and release tender documentation and evaluate supplier proposals.

• Manage and coordinate vendor contracts and procurement for enabling systems and tools.

• Process invoices and create purchase orders and purchase requests in SAP Concur.

• Produce written documents, including reports, business cases, and approval minutes for staff and senior managers.

• Contribute to the planning, management and coordination of projects and project deliverables.
