About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our production team in Wangara. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency.
Location: Wangara, WA

Key Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and adjust water bottling production equipment, including blow moulding, filling, capping, and labelling lines.
• Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and adjustments in line with production requirements.
• Carry out routine testing of water samples and bottled products to ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational or technical issues, escalating to the maintenance team where required.
• Undertake preventative maintenance tasks and assist technicians during repairs.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of production runs, downtime, and quality checks.
• Adhere to safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety frameworks such as HACCP and ISO standards.
• Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at boosting efficiency, reducing waste, and improving production flow.
• Support and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Collaborate closely with production supervisors, quality control, and logistics staff to meet output targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas in line with hygiene and workplace safety protocols.
• Assist with stock checks of raw materials, consumables, and packaging supplies, reporting shortages when necessary.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation

Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum AQF Certificate II or III in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within food, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO, or GMP frameworks will be highly regarded.
