About
Summary About Us We build AI-first, precision-personalized wellbeing products (Digital Twins, Clinical AI, AI for Schools, and more) that ship as white-label apps across multiple industries. Your Mission: Craft jaw-dropping yet accessible experiences that scale across brands, markets, and devices. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do • Lead strategy → system → flows → UI → motion for 15+ modules across verticals. • Create a tokenized Figma system (Variables/Modes) that maps directly to FlutterFlow themes/design libraries for rapid cloning. • Ship micro-interactions and animated feedback with Rive/Lottie that run natively in Flutter. • Design ethical gamification loops (progress, streaks, rewards) that drive adherence—without dark patterns. • Prototype, test, and validate; ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance and smooth handoff to engineering. • Work autonomously, providing daily updates and weekly demos, building directly in Figma. ________________________________________ Must-Haves • Portfolio demonstrating innovative motion design and strong systematic design skills. • Expert knowledge of Figma Variables/Tokens and cross-platform product design. • Experience with Rive/Lottie and Flutter/FlutterFlow handoff. • Accessibility, performance, and usability testing mindset, with ability to leverage AI for speed and documentation. • Experience designing with glassmorphism (and ideally neomorphism). ________________________________________ Nice to Have • Background in health/wellness UX. • Experience with localization, data visualization, audio/haptic feedback, experimentation, or liquid glass design style. ________________________________________ Requirements • 6–10+ years of cross-platform product design experience. • Portfolio that demonstrates pioneering motion design and systematic design approach. • Proficiency in Figma Variables/Tokens & component architecture, with familiarity in Flutter/FlutterFlow theming. • Ability to author Rive/Lottie animations or collaborate closely with motion designers. • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.2), usability testing, and performance optimization.
