The Role: Due to continuous growth, Castle Hill BMW has an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Delivery/Reconditioning Technician to join our Service Team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing new and used vehicles to display and deliver to customers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of presentation, safety, and mechanical integrity. You will also carry out reconditioning work on pre-owned vehicles to enhance their quality and value. Joining will mean becoming a member of a very successful, driven and supportive team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure vehicles meet BMW standards before handover. Carry out reconditioning work including minor mechanical repairs, cosmetic enhancements, and safety checks. Conduct road tests to verify vehicle performance and identify any issues. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to meet delivery timelines. What we need from you: A relevant trade qualification Previous experience in a pre-delivery or automotive technician role.
