• Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the medical practice.
• Support administrative staff, including receptionists, medical billers, and office assistants.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and patient flow to minimise wait times and ensure timely delivery of care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to address any operational issues and improve patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager, Medical Receptionists, Medical Admin or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in medical billing and experience using a medical software e.g. genie or best practice- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
