JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. CAFE MANAGER
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café Manager to lead our operations, elevate guest experiences, and maintain seamless daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proven Management – At least two years of experience managing a café or restaurant—or supervising with substantial hands-on operational responsibilities.
- Cultural Sensitivity – Demonstrated success working in, or managing teams for, diverse, multicultural environments.
- Operational Savvy – In-depth understanding of daily café functions, including rostering, inventory control, health and safety compliance, budgeting, supplier relations, and service coordination.
- Leadership & Team Building – A track record of developing, guiding, and inspiring high-performing teams through training, coaching, and constructive feedback to foster a positive culture.
- Quality & Customer Focus – A commitment to exceptional standards in food and beverage quality, visual presentation, workspace cleanliness, and guest service.
- Flexibility & Drive – Ability to juggle multiple tasks, respond to challenges proactively, and contribute to the café's success and expansion.

Compensation & Perks:
- Annual Salary: AUD 73,000–78,000 (negotiable based on experience)

2. KITCHEN HAND
We’re seeking a dependable Kitchen Hand to support our chefs, keep operations seamless, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment.
Salary: AUD?69,000 to AUD 70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Clean, wash, and store kitchen tools and equipment
- Keep the kitchen tidy and hygienic, in line with standards
- Support chefs and cooks during service

Selection Criteria:
- 1–2 years’ experience working in a kitchen or hospitality role
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Understanding of safe food handling practices
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

3. BARISTA
We’re looking for a skilled Barista who prides themself on exceptional coffee craft and customer engagement.
Salary: AUD?72,000 to AUD 76,600 per year

- Brew and serve specialty espresso and coffee beverages
- Maintain and clean coffee equipment
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Help manage stock at the coffee station

Selection Criteria:
- 1–2 years of barista experience
- Skilled with commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Knowledgeable about coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art

4. WAITER SUPERVISOR

- Monitor ingredient stock and assist with ordering as needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods
