We are currently seeking people to join our assembly and commissioning team on full-time basis in the assembly/manufacturing of safety equipment.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• Sets up, adjusts, repairs and troubleshoots machines which manufacture plastics products.
• operating and monitoring machinery,
• troubleshooting problems with equipment and materials,
• performing quality control tests, and making adjustments to machine settings like heat and pressure.
• maintain equipment, manage production data, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Install and set up moulding machines, configure machine parameters like temperature and pressure, and operate machines for production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications, conduct quality tests, and take corrective action if products don't meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and manage the disposal of waste materials from the production process.
• Document/Write detailed records of processes and issues.
• Working collaboratively with the manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedure

Working Hours: Day and Afternoon Shift
