About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plasterer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying plaster, cement, and other finishes to internal and external walls and ceilings as part of our remedial and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves but is not limited to:

• Applying coats of plaster or cement to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to produce a smooth or decorative finish.
• Repairing and restoring damaged plasterwork as part of remedial building projects.
• Mixing and preparing plastering materials.
• Using hand tools and mechanical equipment to apply and smooth surfaces.
• Reading and interpreting building plans to ensure accuracy of work.
• Working at heights when required, with rope access support provided.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and site safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualification in plastering or solid plastering.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to carry out high-quality remedial plastering works.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• White Card and any relevant work-at-heights certification (desirable).
