  • Our Queensland planning team is entering an existing growth phase, as we expand into new sectors and services. Joining our team as a planner provides you with the opportunity to kick-start your career, working across a diverse range of both statutory and strategic projects. You will work alongside a team of planners, who are not only invested in supporting your technical knowledge growth, but also investing in your career.   • What you'll do:Assist in delivering diverse urban and land development projects across sectors.Support client engagement and contribute to project success.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.Prepare planning reports, applications, and documentation.Navigate planning frameworks and contribute to strategic outcomes.QualificationsA degree in Planning or a related field.1–3 years of experience in statutory urban planning (consulting or government).Strong communication, research, and writing skills.A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.Exposure to residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus).Additional InformationWhy Colliers Urban Planning?We believe in the power of collective intelligence—bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex urban challenges.
