Full-Time Physiotherapist – New Graduate or Experienced Clinician

Campbelltown Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is seeking a full-time enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our established and highly reputable multidisciplinary practice. This position is ideal for a new graduate or early-career physiotherapist looking for exceptional clinical guidance, varied caseload exposure, and a structured pathway for professional growth.

We service a diverse patient population and deliver a broad scope of practice including musculoskeletal injuries, spinal rehabilitation and decompression therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, hydrotherapy through our private centre, fracture management, and NDIS support.

Professional Development & Support

We are committed to providing an outstanding level of clinical education and support. Our new graduate program includes:

Weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions with senior physiotherapists

Twice-weekly CPD sessions and clinical case discussions

Structured 3–6 month onboarding and development program

Allocated time for case reviews, shadowing and professional reflection

Opportunities to observe and learn from senior clinicians across specialty areas

Collaboration with Exercise Physiologists to deliver integrated, evidence-based care

Gradual, supported caseload build-up to ensure confidence and competence

CPD allowance to assist with external education and courses

You will be working alongside senior physiotherapists and a physiotherapy researcher, providing a valuable opportunity to refine clinical reasoning and treatment planning in a supportive, progressive environment.

About the Role

Full-time position

Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 commensurate with experience

Start date: As soon as accreditation is achieved (training may commence beforehand)

Eligible for AHPRA registration
