I recently completed a photoshoot of product and people imagery. I have the files in RAW format, now need them edited. Let's start with 20 hero images then job will expand to editing of up to 100 images thereafter. Project Purpose Images will be used across: • Our website (hero sections and team pages) • Social media content • Marketing collateral The final edits need to feel polished, natural, and consistent with a premium health & wellness brand. Overall Look and Feel • Clean, high-end, natural editing • True-to-life but flattering skin tones • Slightly warm tone (avoid cool/blue cast) • Balanced contrast • Soft, even lighting across all images • No heavy filters or overly stylised looks • Maintain a premium, calm, and trustworthy feel Colour Correction • Match colour across the entire set for consistency • Correct white balance to avoid blue/green cast • Bring subtle warmth into faces and skin tones • Adjust exposure so faces are evenly lit • Reduce glare and reflections (especially on glasses) Skin + Subject Retouching • Very light skin smoothing (keep natural texture) • Even out shadows under eyes • Remove any distracting blemishes or marks • Avoid “plastic” or overly airbrushed looks • Clean up stray hairs if needed • Gently brighten eyes to maintain engagement • Tone down shine on forehead or cheeks Background + Environment • Maintain the wallpaper pattern but soften contrast slightly so it doesn’t compete with the subject • Remove any small distractions (cords, wall switches, background clutter) • Even out exposure between foreground and background • Correct any distortion if needed • Keep environment natural and real — not overly edited Turnaround for first 20 images - ideally 1 week.
