We’re a team of photographers looking for a skilled photo editor to help turn our CR3 RAW files into stunning, client-ready images. Our goal is to deliver exceptional, high-end portraits to our clients — we need someone who can bring out the best in our shots. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience editing professional portrait photos (especially in CR3 or RAW format) Skilled in color correction, retouching, skin smoothing, and overall image enhancement while maintaining a natural look Ability to handle high-resolution images and deliver polished, print-ready files Eye for detail and consistency across a batch of photos Reliable and responsive communication Scope of Work: Edit batches of CR3 portrait photos into client-ready JPEG or TIFF files Retouch and enhance to professional quality standards Maintain consistent style and branding across images Deliverables: High-resolution, fully edited, client-ready images Quick turnaround time Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (or equivalent software) Portfolio of portrait editing work (please include examples) Experience working with photographers or creative studios Sample Requirement: To be considered, you must provide at least three before-and-after samples of your portrait editing work.
