In this pivotal role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals, promoting Ego's trusted product range while identifying new business opportunities and delivering best-in-class service.

Key Territories include: Fitzroy, Reservoir, Ivanhoe, Elwood, Camberwell, Keilor, Doncaster, Hawthorn + Plus. The Country trip: Shepparton to Swan hill

Key Responsibilities
... - Achieve or exceed monthly, cycle, and annual sales targets within your designated territory
- Drive product range expansion and sales growth in both existing and new pharmacy accounts
- Conduct engaging product training and sales presentations for pharmacy teams
- Negotiate optimal shelf placement and visibility for Ego's key product lines
- Ensure in-store displays are consistently maintained, including shelf trays, strips, and promotional materials
- Provide merchandising recommendations to maximise brand exposure
- Stay up to date on all Ego and competitor products
- Manage call cycles strategically, focusing on business potential and key accounts
- Submit accurate and timely weekly reports and territory data
- Attend national and state conferences, trade shows, and visits to wholesalers to support product launches and promotions
- Monitor and report on stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment where needed
Skills & Experience
- High School Certificate (HSC)
- Previous territory management or related sales experience is highly desirable
- Alternatively individuals who have worked in a pharmacy as a pharmacist or pharmacy assistant and are looking to transition into pharmacy sales - would be considered for this position.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong desire to succeed, hit sales targets
- The ability to work independently and also as a team
