About the role

As a Personal Assistant to the Director/s at Darwin Office Technology, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the business. This full-time role is based in Winnellie, Northern Territory, and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

* Liaising with other team member's on matters relating to the organisation's operations and obligations
* Researching and preparing reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence and other routine documents
* Maintaining confidential files and documents
* Attending meetings and acting as secretary as required
* Maintaining appointment diaries and making travel arrangements
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records
* Screening telephone calls and answering inquiries
* Performing and assisting in accounting duties such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, superannuation and ATO obligations
* Maintaining organisational spreadsheets and reporting
* May supervise or assist other administration and technical staff

What we're looking for

* AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create high-quality documents and presentations
* Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
