  • In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the team and wider business.
  • Email and diary management, travel and expenses for the two managers.
  • Arranging and preparing for internal meetings, presentations, agendas and WIPs.
  • Managing internal and external enquiries and general correspondence for the team.
  • Financial forecasting, budgets, processing invoices and expenses.
  • Proactively managing operations, performance and initiatives for the national business to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Assistance with presentations for new business and client reporting.
  • Event planning, social media and team building.

  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an Administration role, ideally with some Personal Assistant duties.
  • Relevant industry experience in Real Estate or Property is highly desirable.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
