Sonya McGuire Parfumerie www.sonyafragrance.com is a boutique perfumerie dedicated to the art of fine French fragrance. With our signature perfumes Très Jolie and Jardin de Lumière, we embody elegance, authenticity, and timeless beauty. We are expanding our presence through exclusive events and direct distribution, and we are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join us on this journey. The Role We seek an Event Manager who understands the luxury fragrance and beauty industry, and who can create elegant, first-class events that resonate with distributors, boutique owners, influencers, and media. The person need to understand the event marketing and lead generation techniques. This role is not limited to one company so you may also have the opportunity to work for other companies such as www.acit.edu.au in marketing projects. The successful candidate will: Plan and manage exclusive launch events, private showings, and boutique experiences in France, Australia, and international markets. Use event marketing and management software to design invitation lists, manage RSVPs, and track engagement. Build guest lists of relevant distributors, perfumeries, luxury boutiques, lifestyle press, and industry partners. Work closely with our founder to ensure each event reflects a refined French luxury feel and strengthens our direct-to-market distribution strategy. Manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and media to deliver seamless, elegant experiences. Requirements Proven experience in event management for luxury brands (fragrance, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle). Strong knowledge of event marketing tools (CRM, invitation and guest management software). Fluent in English; French language and cultural understanding of the luxury sector is highly desirable. Ability to balance creative vision with operational precision. Strong industry network is an advantage.
