Your New Role! As the People Services Officer, you will play a crucial role with the People Services Team, serving as one of the initial points of contact for the People and Culture Office (PCO). This role involves providing essential advice to stakeholders at a variety of levels across the University, referring to the Enterprise Agreement, policies, and procedures. For move complex matters, you will be responsible for reviewing and escalating them to the relevant team across PCO. This Fixed Term (12 Months parental leave cover), Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration level HEW0506 $79,017 – $96,594 (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
