Job Summary: As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the People & Culture team with administration and reporting across the end-to-end process of the employee lifecycle, onboarding, changes to employment and offboarding.  If you’re passionate about all things People and are looking to learn in one of the best teams in the business, this is the perfect starting point for you! Responsibilities: During your internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions and projects, including: Onboarding – supporting new starter processes and employee experience. Wellbeing & Benefits – assisting with initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing. Policies & Compliance – helping maintain documentation and ensuring compliance. Performance – contributing to performance cycle activities and process improvements. Recognition – supporting programs that celebrate employee achievements. Engagement – assisting with surveys, insights and action planning. Learning & Development – coordinating training activities and supporting capability initiatives. HR Data & Analytics – working with people data to generate insights and reporting. Offboarding & Terminations – supporting the offboarding process and ensuring a smooth employee transition. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or currently completing one) Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and deliver quality outcomes Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing competing priorities High attention to detail with a process‑driven and organised approach to work Openness to feedback, with the ability to take action and make a positive contribution.
