- DESCRIPTION
- A People Business Partner embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver
- a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the
- organization. In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to
- align on the People strategy and execute with excellence. This is a unique and
- exciting opportunity to join the People team as People Business Partner
- supporting our Retail team.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner Demonstrated
- success driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate
- the employee experience Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with
- a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as
- a lead and a supporting team member, demonstrating best practices across
- multiple sites and functions.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and influencing skills Highly collaborative style
- Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead Ability to
- coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow
- and develop in alignment with business and personal goals Impeccable judgment
- and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike
