  • DESCRIPTION
  • A People Business Partner embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver
  • a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the
  • organization. In this role, you will closely partner with business leaders to
  • align on the People strategy and execute with excellence. This is a unique and
  • exciting opportunity to join the People team as People Business Partner
  • supporting our Retail team.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner Demonstrated
  • success driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate
  • the employee experience Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with
  • a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as
  • a lead and a supporting team member, demonstrating best practices across
  • multiple sites and functions.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and influencing skills Highly collaborative style
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead Ability to
  • coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help managers and employees grow
