We deliver high quality operational HR advice, transactional services and an amazing customer experience, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams. This role is being offered as 0.6 FTE What you'll do Case management and systems Manage People & Culture cases via ServiceNow (including chat), ensuring accurate records, timely responses, and escalation when needed. Maintain data accuracy across HR systems; liaise with operations stakeholders to keep reporting and systems up to date. Probation and leave management Use Enboarder to support Team Leaders with probation; proactively check in monthly with leaders to enable successful outcomes. Monitor leave dashboards and balances monthly; guide Team Leaders on leave management practices. Team Leader enablement and induction Induct new Team Leaders into PwC ways of working; provide ongoing support through a structured program. Respond to ad-hoc people management queries and channel requests into established services. Employee lifecycle programs Support delivery of cyclical programs (e.g., Annual Review, Talent Review) in partnership with Business Partners and the business. Performance and conduct Coach Team Leaders through informal and formal Performance Improvement Plans; provide practical templates, timelines, and documentation support. Wellbeing and safety Manage wellness and wellbeing cases; partner with WH&S SMEs to support individuals and the business, ensuring confidential and compliant handling. Culture and change Support strategic and transformational projects across culture, talent, OD, and change; promote a values-based culture that enhances performance and manages risk. Guide leaders and teams through periods of change; embed new ways of working. Stakeholder engagement Partner with People@PwC Advisory Team Manager, People@PwC Director, ER, Team Leaders/Partners, and Business Partner teams to deliver advisory, case management and lifecycle programs effectively. What you'll bring Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills; trusted advisor to Team Leaders and Partners. Proven capability in performance management coaching, case management, and HR advisory with sound judgement and confidentiality. Tech-enabled, user-first mindset; comfortable using ServiceNow, Workday, and collaboration tools to streamline services. Clear, empathetic communication; able to translate policy and process into practical guidance. Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change. Strategic thinking with a bias for experimentation and learning; team player who collaborates across functions. Commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and values-based decision-making. Desired Experience 5–7 years in HR, with time in HR Shared Services/Advisory and exposure to Business Partnering. Experience delivering employee lifecycle programs (e.g., Annual Review, Talent Review) and supporting change initiatives. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Workday (preferred); familiarity with Enboarder and HR dashboards is a plus. Demonstrated case management expertise across performance, conduct, wellbeing, and leave/probation. Exposure to strategic operational transformation projects. Tertiary qualifications in Business/HR/Organisation Design preferred but not essential. How you'll measure success Service delivery excellence: SLA adherence for ServiceNow cases, timely responses, and high first-contact resolution. Leader enablement: Completion rates for leader inductions, positive feedback, and reduced escalation rates. Probation and leave outcomes: On-time probation checkpoints, successful completions, and accurate monthly leave monitoring. Program execution: On-time, compliant delivery of Annual Review, Talent Review, and other lifecycle initiatives with minimal rework. Performance management: Well-documented PIPs, timely progression through stages, and improved employee outcomes. Wellbeing and safety: Confidential, compliant case handling with effective collaboration with WH&S; reduced repeat incidents. Data integrity and reporting: Accurate system updates and audit-ready documentation; reliable operational reports. Culture and change impact: Evidence of values-based decisions, inclusive practices, and adoption of new ways of working; positive stakeholder satisfaction.
